Hints and Tips

  • Due to the size that photographs are reproduced at, we can only accept pictures taken at the camera’s highest resolution. Please remember to set your camera to the highest resolution.

  • Photographs taken with a phone camera are not very good quality, although the picture can look okay on the small phone screen, they degrade when enlarged. Please try and use a normal digital camera.

  • The subject should be centrally positioned.

  • Your picture will be judged on its technical quality and visual impact.

  • And remember our judges like to laugh and ahhhhhh.

  • Landscape style photographs only can be accepted.
